How to use
Apply a sufficient amount of conditioner on wet hair and massage into a lather and rinse away thoroughly.

Breathing Benefits
While taking a deep breath, inhaling deeply for three seconds, apply sufficient amount of product onto wet hair. Pause. Focus on your breath, close your eyes and exhale slowly for six seconds. While inhaling again, start to gently massage into a lather and on the exhale, drop your hands, relax, close your eyes. Repeat process as many times as desired in order for the hair care benefits to be fully and beneficially absorbed onto hair and scalp and rinse away thoroughly
