How to use
Apply a thin layer in circular motions and rinse well with water. Apply moisturizer after your face is completely clean. Use twice a week.

Olive oil ~ Naturally contains vitamin E, polyphenols, and phytosterols which are all amazingly protective and reparative to the skin.
Jojoba seed oil – A powerful agent that soothes and calms the skin and helps it to retain moisture.

Breathing Benefits
While taking a deep breath, inhaling deeply for three seconds, apply to cleansed face while avoiding the eye area. Pause. Focus on your breath, close your eyes and exhale slowly for six seconds. While exhaling, drop your hands, relax, close your eyes. Keep the mask on for 7 to 10 minutes. Take this time to relax, light a candle, mediate and breathe conscious deep breaths in order for the mask to be fully and beneficially absorbed on skin. Then rinse away thoroughly with lukewarm water, breathing in and out.
