Breathing Benefits
While taking a deep breath, inhaling deeply for three seconds, apply serum evenly to clean, dry skin twice daily for all facial types. Pause. Focus on your breath, close your eyes and exhale slowly for six seconds. While inhaling again, start to gently massage in the serum and on the exhale, drop your hands, relax, close your eyes. Repeat process as many times as desired in order for the serum to be fully and beneficially absorbed on skin. Finish routine followed by your favorite -417 cream.
