How to use

For eyes use:  Heating/cooling the eyes for relaxation and beauty.

For tired and swollen eyes and for relieving headaches and migraines.

For body use:  Apply on painful areas for immediate relief.

 

For heated use:

Need to be heated in a microwave for 30 seconds , depending on the microwave power, on a clean support. This will prevent the possibility of damaging the pad due to contact with water/food crumbs/oil stain remaining on the microwave plate. Do not heat for more than a minute.

The treatment time/duration is up to 20 minutes

Cold treatment:

Insert the pad into a sealed dry plastic bag and place it in the freezer for two hours.

Apply the cooled pad on your eyelid and rest for 10-15 min.
